| Description: | Richard Courtland (Don Ameche) wants his wealthy wife Alison (Claudette Colbert) out of the way so he can marry his mistress Daphne. He hires a man to impersonate a psychiatrist and together they drug her and make her think she's insane. But they don't count on Bruce Elcott (Robert Cummings) who is in love with Alison and suspects Richard. He arrives just as Richard is double-crossing the other man. The man kills Richard, then falls to his death. Bruce and Alison end up together. |
