| Description: | Detroit cop Axel Foley (Eddie Murphy) again travels to L.A., this time to solve the "alphabet crimes," a series of robberies of places beginning with successive letters, the second of which puts the police chief in the hospital. Axel teams up with Billy and Taggart (Judge Reinhold and John Ashton) again and takes down another local big shot who was robbing stuff to fund gun running. It's isn't explained why he left clues and committed his robberies in alphabetical order which make it possible to twart his third robbery and kill him immediately after the fourth. |
