| Description: | Harry Pulham (Robert Young) is a rich heir who is expected to take over the family business. He decides instead to live in NYC and join a soap marketing firm. He falls in love with Marvin Ransome (Hedy Lamarr), but when his father dies, he chooses to return to his roots. Marvin likes the NY lifestyle. Harry marries childhood friend Cordella (Ruth Hussy). Years later, Marvin shows up and wants to meet Harry, but after reflecting on the choices he's made in life, he realizes his life and happiness are with Cordella. |
