Diane convinces Frank to become the family chauffeur, but he soon has second thoughts when he realizes she's plotting her stepmother's death. When the stepmother and Diane's father die in a car accident, Frank and Diane are arrested and charged with murder. A smooth lawyer convinces them to get married to sway the jury, and the two are acquitted. Frank knows that Diane sabotaged the car and wants nothing more to do with her. She agrees to drive him to the bus station, then drives off the same cliff her parents' car went off.

Review - Angel Face

Mitchum and Simmons played their roles excellently, but it's a little hard to believe they would have been acquitted or that Frank would have been stupid enough to ride in a car with the obviously deranged Diane.
