Description:Billionaire Jean-Marc Clement (Yves Montand) visits the rehearsal for an off-Broadway play and falls in love with actress Amanda Dell (Marilyn Monroe). She has nothing but disdain for Clement who, she things, only attracts women because of his money. Clement pretends to be an actor and tries to win her love. He hires Milton Berle, Bing Crosby and Gene Kelly to teach him how to act. Amanda comes to like him, but when he tells her who he really is, she refuses to believe him. He finally has to take her to his office and let her see him conducting business before she finally does. She's stunned, but soon decides she loves him anyway.

Review - Let's Make Love

Montand was dull. Marilyn was a rather chunky version of herself. This was her second-to-last movie. Tony Randall had a part as Clement's public relations guy but mostly just sat around and watched him try to act.
