Craig tells Matt that he can't take his son, but Matt grabs Rick and holes up in the hotel, surrounded by Craig and his cronies. The only one in town willing to help Matt is Linda (Carolyn Jones), Craig's kept woman. She brings Matt a shotgun, and he uses it to bring Rick to the train station. Review - Last Train from Gun Hill

What could have been a halfway decent movie was ruined by Anthony Quinn's terrible acting. He tried to pull of tough guy, but looked and sounded like a moron. His accent made him sound like a petulant punk.
