Reviews for A League of Their Own
Review - A League of Their Own
It's a hard movie to rate. I like many of the characters, and there are some great lines. But the baseball isn't believable and the bit at the end where a bunch of old women gather in Cooperstown was dull. Madonna and Rosie O'Donnell, who are crude and unappealing in real life, played girls who were crude and unappealing. They made have added some realism, but they subtracted from my enjoyment of the film.
