| Description: | When a bunch of teens pick a fight with Latino fruit pickers in a small town, things get out of hand and sensationalized. Pretty soon, the town folk are out for blood against a young boy who was the victim of circumstances. Larry Wilder (Macdonald Carey), local newspaper editor, is at first reluctant to take sides. He's pressured by Sunny Garcia (Gail Russell), the editor of a Spanish newspaper. When Larry writes a sympathetic story, hooligans bust up his newspaper. He is tempted to leave town, but decides to join with Sunny and stick around to fight for what's right (and because ... Gail Russell). |
