Review - No Way Out
Some stuff made no sense to me, and the twist at the end where Tom is, in fact, a Russian spy, wasn't really necessary to make the movie suspenseful.

| Description: | Navy Commander Tom Farrell (Kevin Costner) has a torrid fling with Susan Atwell (Sean Young). Tom gets called on duty, and while he's gone, Susan begins an affair with Secretary of Defense David Brice (Gene Hackman). When Tom comes home and Brice finds out Susan has been with another man, he gets angry and accidentally kills her. Brices's top man Scott Pritchard (Will Patton) heads a cover-up to pin the blame on Yuri, a Russian mole in the Pentagon. Unwittingly, he puts Tom in charge of the investigation. Tom knows Brice killed Susan, but he also knows people will find out he's the other guy. He races the clock to hide and plant evidence pointing to Brice. When he claims he has some, he confronts Brice who turns on Prichard. Pritchard kills himself to protect Brice. At the end of the movie, we find out that Tom really is Yuri. |
