Description:Benjamin Button (Brad Pitt) was born as an old man in a baby's body. His father saw him and abandoned him on the steps of a retirement home. Benjamin was raised by Queenie and considered her his mother. As he aged, he got younger. He was able to get up and around when he met a young girl named Daisy (Cate Blanchett). They became friends until she became a dancer and moved to New York. He still looked elderly, and she wasn't interested in him. Later, when both were in their 40s and looked the same age, they lived together and had a daughter. But as Daisy got older and Benjamin got younger, he realized it wouldn't work and left. Daisy married again. When their daughter had grown, Benjamin showed up, now a young boy, at the home where he was raised. Daisy moved in and took care of him until he became an infant and died. The story is told by Daisy to her daughter as she lays on her death bed.

Review - Curious Case of Benjamin Button, The

Very slow moving. It reminded me of Meet Joe Black, another movie in which Brad Pitt stands around and tries to look as though he's thinking deep thoughts. I like Cate Blanchett, and she was good here, but there was no point to this movie. I didn't believe in, or care about, Benjamin's character and it was hard to stay awake.
