Description:Tired of playing for an unfair owner, pitcher Bingo Long (Billy Dee Williams) and catcher Leon Carter (James Earl Jones) for a barnstorming team of black players and hit the road. They're a success at first until the owner of their old team sends his goons to stop them. In the end, Bingo and the owner make a bet — one game. If Bingo wins, his team joins the league. If the owner wins, the players go back to their teams at half pay. The owner kidnaps Leon but he manages to escape in time to hit the winning home run.

Review - Bingo Long Traveling All-Stars & Motor Kings, The

A lot of energy, but what plot there was was predictable. All the characters were parodies and so I didn't much care about any of their stories.
