Description:The Avengers capture Loki's sceptre with an alien jewel. Iron Man attempts to use the jewel to create Utron, an artificial intelligence peacekeeper. But the project goes wrong and Utron decides the way to save earth is to kill humans. At the beginning, he's allied with Quicksilver and the Scarlet Witch, but when they understand his play, they join with the Avengers. Ultron's plan is to carve out a huge chunk of land, send it up into space and then crash it to earth, destroying life. The Avengers clear the civilians and fight Ultron and his drones, ultimately winning the battle. Quicksilver is killed. Hulk disappears. The Jewel that created Loki is implanted (I think) in another android named Vision, who is good.

Review - Avengers: Age of Ultron

It kept my interest and gave me a chuckle or two along the way. Marvel is good at not taking itself too seriously. The CGI was over the top in many places, and the villain was sorta silly. And I didn't know what was going on with the whole AI robot/computer/internet thing much of the time. But it's a comic book, so it's not supposed to make sense, right?
