Description:Nathan (Taylor Lautner) is working on a school assignment with his girlfriend Karen (Lily Collins) when he finds his childhood photo on a missing persons page. He confronts his mom who admits that she's not his birth mother. Moments later, two thugs burst into the house, kill her and his dad and blow up the house. Karen is injured and he takes her to the hospital where he meets his shrink Dr. Bennett (Sigourney Weaver) who tells him the bad guys are on the way and takes the two of the off in her car. They go to a safe house, then on a train and then to the Pirates' ballpark, with the bad guys and the CIA on their tail. There are several fights and shoot-outs and escapes. Turns out the bad guys want a list his real father (who is a spy) stole from them. The bad guys all get killed and Nathan and Karen get cozy.

Review - Abduction

Fairly interesting premise with really bad dialogue and tons of plot holes. For example, the "stolen list" that everyone was chasing after was a file on a phone that could be sent anywhere. So why did the CIA and the bad guys all think that capturing the one phone would eliminate the problem. Taylor Lautner looks, and acts, like a dope, and I wasn't all that impressed when he took off his shirt every couple minutes.
