Reviews for Joe Somebody
Review - Joe Somebody
Cliched, but Tim Allen makes it enjoyable. Jim Belushi as the martial arts instructor is pretty funny too.

| Description: | Joe Scheffer (Tim Allen) is a mild-mannered guy who creates commercials for a drug company. He is reeling from a recent divorce and trying to be a good dad for his daughter Natalie (Hayden Panettiere). He befriends Meg (Julie Bowen), the staff psychologist at work. One day he gets beat up in the parking lot in a dispute over a parking space while Natalie looks on. Joe sulks at first, until Meg challenges him. He decides to fight back. He takes self-defense lessons and challenges the guy who beat him to a rematch. This makes him popular at work and he's soon hanging with the cool guys. He's popular with everyone. But Natalie and Meg just want the old Joe back. On the day of the fight, he shows up but refuses to fight. The bully apologizes to him and Joe walks off feeling good. He and Meg get together. |
