Description:Sequel to The Fugitive

Marshall Samuel Gerard (Tommy Lee Jones) is escorting prisoners on a plane. One of the prisoners tries to kill Sheridan (Wesley Snipes), who is wanted for murder in New York. The attempt causes the plane to crash land, and Sheridan escapes. Gerard and his team hunt him, with the "assistance" of Royce (Robert Downey Jr.), a federal agent. It develops that Sheridan was also and agent, set up as the fall guy to cover Royce's passing of secrets to the Chinese. Gerard figures it all out and kills Royce, but not before Royce kills one of Gerard's team. Sheridan is exonerated.

Review - U.S. Marshalls

Watchable—and forgettable. Even though Gerard and the other marshalls were carried over from The Fugitive, as was much of the plot (chasing an innocent man, a good guy turned traitor), it wasn't as interesting.
