Description:When Mary (Ginger Rogers) and Jack (Norman Foster) can't pay their rents, their landlord puts them in the same attic apartment with strict rules that Mary can't be there during the day and Jack (who is a night watchman) can't be there at night. Without ever having met, the two get on each others nerves and begin playing mean tricks on each other. Meanwhile, not knowing that they're roommates, Mary and Jack meet on the street and begin a romance. Of course, in the end, they fall in love, find out they live together, and (probably?) get married.

Review - Rafter Romance

Funny concept, played well by the two leads, although the movie isn't in good shape and is hard to hear. There were peripheral characters that were just annoying, but over all it was amusing.
