| Description: | Jason Eldridge (Jim Hutton) has created a super-computer that can predict where missiles will fall. Navy Lt. Fergie Howard (Steve McQueen) figures out that it can also predict spins on a roulette wheel. They try out their scheme in Venice by having morse code signals sent from the ship to their hotel. It works, but soon draws the attention of Admiral Finch and the Russians. Much confusion and slapstick later, Jason and Fergie have to give up their winnings, but Fergie marries the Admiral's daughter Julie (Brigid Bazlen) and Jason marries his old flame Pam (Paula Prentiss) |
