Description:Seton Mansley (Charles Coburn) used to be a millionaire but walked away from the pressure. One day he sees shop girl Kathleen Brown (Anne Shirley) crying in her store because she'd just gotten fired for flirting with a customer. The customer was millionaire businessman Johnny Kerrigan (James Craig), and he soon returns to ask Katheleen out. Seton takes on the role of Kathleen's uncle, advising her how to pursue the relationship. The problem is, Johnny is too busy to give her much time. So Seton does the uncle thing with him too, and soon he quits his job and marries Kathleen.

Harmless. Charles Coburn has this part down pat. But I didn't care for James Craig's character and was rooting for Kathleen not to end up with him. It was like a frivolous musical without music.
