There were a few mildly amusing bits here and there, and the concept had some potential. Hardy's character was at least mostly honest, and I did like that he got back together with his ex at the end. Witherspoon's character had no morals — she dated two guys at once, decided to sleep with them both to find out which one she loved, and accused them of not being trustworthy?! Also, FDR lied to her about his taste in art and love for animals and all sorts of stuff, but they get engaged at the end. How's that going to work out?
