In the version I watched, the background noises were too loud, which was annoying. But the movie was cute, as was Natalie.

| Description: | Angie (Natalie Wood), salesgirl at Macy's, has a one-night fling with musician Rocky (Steve McQueen) and gets pregnant. She confronts him, but he doesn't remember who she is. She asks him to find a doctor so she can get an abortion. Rocky agrees to help, but when they end up in shabby apartment with a shady couple, he worries about her and calls it off. He visit's Angie's brothers, who give him a black eye, but relax when he agrees to marry. But Angie doesn't want to—for her, love has to have "banjos and bells." By this time, Rocky likes her but isn't very good at showing it. She has him over to his apartment, but things don't go well and she kicks him out, still wanting true love. The next day, he waits outside Macy's playing a banjo and ringing bells. |
