Description:Space Shuttle Mayflower is taking the first colonists to the moon. Faulty wiring and a computer with a mind of its own sends the craft toward the sun. Only Ted Striker (Robert Hays), recently escaped from an asylum, can save the day. Julie Hagerty plays Elaine, Ted's love interest. William Shatner is Commander Murdock, in charge of the moon base.

Review - Airplane II: The Sequel

A pretty lame attempt to cash in on the popularity of the first movie, with the same plot and many of the same characters playing the same roles and saying very similar lines. It wasn't nearly as funny as the first one, although Shatner is given a few good bits.
