| Description: | A group of women (A.T.S. = Auxiliary Territorial Service) are assigned to an anti-aircraft unit on the British coast. Lt. Gordon Brown is surprise when his wife, Betty, shows up as one of the new recruits. Husbands and wives aren't supposed to serve in the same unit, so they keep it secret. Which is difficult because Betty's friend Marge (Carole Lesley) never misses an opportunity to flirt with Gordon. It all blows up when Betty shows up at Gordon's flat when he's in London on leave an discovers Betty already there. It works out, however, because Marge has another guy waiting in the wings, and a sympathetic general has Betty reassigned to a nearby unit where she and Gordon can get together often. |
