Description:WWII propaganda movie about the crew of a British bomber that crash lands behind enemy lines. Lt. Forbes (Errol Flynn), Officer Hammond (Ronald Reagan), and Officer Forrest (Arthur Kennedy) along with two others who get killed along the way, make their way across Germany, creating mayhem as they go. They manage to fool, foil, and out-fight the Germans while carrying important information and sabotaging everything they see. The three survivors find a British plane all gassed up and ready to go. They hop on board, wipe about about a hundred German soldiers who can't shoot straight, and make it back to England.

Review - Desperate Journey

Hogan's Heroes meets The Great Escape. The plot was ludicrous, the Germans impossibly inept, and the light-hearted banter unlikely. But it was lively and active and kinda fun to watch once.
