Description:Detective Tony Rome (Frank Sinatra) finds a girl's body while scuba diving. He's soon contacted by Waldo, a huge guy who likes to beat people up. He hired Rome to find a girl. After that it just gets confusing, with more murders and lots of suspects. Rome is accused of one of the murders and spends a third of the film running from the cops. Raquel Welch is involved somehow and ends up with Rome.

Review - Lady in Cement

Sinatra's acting style is "Hey, I'm Frank Sinatra. Why should I have to put forth any effort." Raquel Welch I don't get. She wasn't pretty and she can't act. The move made no sense and I didn't care. I was actually kinda rooting for Sinatra to get beaten up. The only high point was Dan Blocker as the big guy. He was Hoss on Bonanza, and he played his role here with gusto.
