| Description: | Kenny (Mark Hamill) helps rebuild a custom Corvette in his high school shop class. When the car is stolen, Kenny heads for Las Vegas to find it. He's picked up along the way by Vanessa (Annie Potts) who aspires to be an escort in Vegas. The two don't hit it off at first, but before long become friends and more. Both of them knock around the city, trying, and failing at various jobs. Then Kenny finds the Vette. But before he can go to the police, his high school shop teacher shows up and explains that he's in with the car thieves. He asks Kenny not to report him and gets him a job at the body shop. But with Kenny giving up on his dreams, Vanessa decides to be an escort after all. This causes Kenny to steal the car back, grab Vanessa, and take off back to L.A. to deliver the car back to the school. |
