It's a big hit, but Keene soon becomes famous and people keep trading him drinks for drawings. Penny makes a deal with a small-time ex-gangster to take Keene into the country where he can work in peace. Keene isn't happy and tries to get back. That's when the gangster decides to hold him there and make him draw puzzles and give the gangster the answers so he can win the prize. Keene draws puzzles with clues to tell Penny that he's been kidnapped. She tells the police (including Jack Carson in an uncredited role)and they head to the hideout and rescue Keene.

Review - Everybody's Doing It

Really dumb. Even the puzzles were stupid, although the movie didn't show much of them. The last half hour consisted of the gangsters and police having a Three Stooges-type fight, complete with sound effects, while some blonde dame walked around bopping random people over the head with a frying pan. It got so dumb and boring that I just had it on as background noise.
