Pretty much just an excuse to use stock footage of cars. This was Jimmy Stewart's first starring role, and he comes across as kind of a jerk.

| Description: | Terry Martin (Jimmy Stewart) is a test driver for an auto plant who is trying to develop a new carburetor. He likes Jane Mitchell (Wendy Barrie), staff publicist, but he has to compete for her attention with an engineer. There's a lot of stock footage of auto plants and race cars. Terry races in the Indy 500 and crashes. He tries again with his new carburetor in the Falcon, an experimental car built to set the speed record. Again he has problems and end up in the hospital, but his invention is proven successful and he wins the girl. |
