| Description: | When a gold rush takes away all the customers from a San Francisco nightclub, the owners Jerry (Wally Brown) and Mike (Alan Carney) decide to prospect themselves to earn enough money to take their troop of girls to New York. They find nothing—except a small town where the men want wives. Jerry and Mike collect money to bring their girls to the town, intending to steal the money and head to New York. But Jimmy (Robert Mitchum) and Muley, from the town, follow and insist on taking the show back. There's some opposition from a local gambling house, but soon the show is a big hit with the lonely men—until the next gold rush. |
