| Description: | French movie about a student, Constance, who takes a room in the apartment of the elderly Henri. The don't get along at first, but Henri tells Constance she can stay if she breaks up his son, Paul's, marriage. With no options other then to go home and work for her father who considers her a failure, Constance agrees. Paul falls for her, but Constance can't go through with it. But all this time Constance and Henri get close. She helps him accept Paul and his marriage and his new grandson. He encourages her to try to get into a school for music composing. She tries and fails, but determines to try again. Henri dies, but leaves her his apartment and his piano. |
