Reviews for Gold of the Seven Saints
Review - Gold of the Seven Saints
Dull. There is no story here worth telling because Walker and Moore didn't create characters worth caring about.

| Description: | Trappers Rainbolt (Clint Walker) and Garredt (Roger Moore) happen upon a vein of gold and become rich. They hope to take the gold to the town of Seven Saints and cash it in, but bad guy McCracken and his gang find out about it a chase them. When the pursuit gets too close, the trappers bury the gold, then hide out with rancher Gondora, who used to rustle cattle with Rainbolt. McCracken attacks and takes Garrett hostage. Rainbolt follows and kills McCracken's men but is forced to give up when McCracken threatens to kill Garrett. When they get to the gold, Gondora shows up and kills McCracken, then demands the gold himself. Rainbolt and Garrett take off running but lose the gold when the attempt to cross a river. Gondora rides off, and Rainbolt and Garrett decide to go back to trapping. Chill Wills showed up for the middle third of the movie in an attempt to add some color, but his character was superfluous. |
