Glory tries to be a good wife to Blacky, but she can't keep house, she can't cook ... She has to constantly call upon the ever-gracious Marge to bail her out. When Glory gets pregnant, she freaks and runs home to mother. Months later, Blacky learns that she's moving across the country. Review - Chance at Heaven

No man with half a brain would prefer Marian Nixon over Ginger Rogers, or the character of Glory over that of Marge. And no woman would be as patient as Marge is with a moron like Blacky. The movie was pre-code, so abortion was obvious (but not mentioned), and some of Nixon's outfits were risque.
