| Description: | Remake of the 1946 movie of the same name, with Mel Brooks playing actor Frederick Bronski and Anne Bancroft playing his wife, Anna. Tim Matheson plays a Polish flyer who has a harmless flirtation with Anna, and Charles Durning plays an incompetent Gestapo colonel. The plot, and some of the lines, are very similar to the earlier movie with some added Mel Brooks flair — like the song A Little Piece of Poland. |
