Description:Caroline (Audrey Hepburn) is told that her fiance has been kidnapped and that she has to steal three Faberge eggs from the museum (where she's putting on a piano concert) and bring them to the kidnappers in Mexico. She misses her connection and has to grab a ride with Mike (Robert Wagner). They make their way across the Mexican desert, pursued by Spicer. Caroline doesn't trust Mike, but he helps her get out of several jams and to where she's going. When she gets there, she discovers that her fiance is part of the scam and plans to kill her now that they have the eggs. Mike arrives and helps her escape back to San Francisco. The bad guys pursue, as does Spicer, but eventually all are capture by the police. It turns out Spicer is part of Interpol. Mike is just a businessman who has a grudge against the bad guys. Caroline and Mike are released by the police and get together.

Review - Love Among Thieves

Kinda weird as it's a made-for-TV movie with a lot of plot holes typical of the genre, but starring two major actors. Audrey was only a year older than Wagner, but somehow seemed older. There was some witty dialogue, much of it supposedly taken from Charade, and some other fairly amusing bits, but it's overall lightweight.
