Description:Artist Rick (Dean Martin) and his roommate friend writer Eugene (Jerry Lewis) need work. The solution to their problems may be just upstairs where artist Abby (Dorothy Malone) rooms with model Bessie (Shirley MacLaine). Eugene loves comics and dreams stories at night. Rick writes down the stories and draws them for a comic book. He accidentally dreams up half a secret formula, so the secret service contacts Rick and asks him to get the rest of the formula from Eugene. Meanwhile bad guys send Sonia (Eva Gabor) to seduce the rest of the formula out of Eugene. It all ends up with a comic chase/fight in an old mansion. Rick marries Abby and Eugene marries Bessie.

Review - Artists and Models

Some people consider this Martin and Lewis's best movie, which says something. Lewis was the Jim Carrey of his day — ridiculously overacting and ruining everything he was in. Malone and MacLaine were lovely but couldn't save this ridiculous mess of a film.
