| Description: | Bookie Duke Bradley (Clark Gable) is given a horse-breeding stable to pay off the debts of a dying man. The dead man's daughter, Carol (Jean Harlow) wants to pay off the debt by gambling rather than get the money from her fiance, Hartley (Walter Pidgeon). Along the way, Duke falls for Carol and decides to restock the farm and marry her by winning a lot of money from Hartley. Carol fights back, but in the end, Duke wins the money from Hartley and marries Carol. |
