Description:A patrolling American platoon led by Mike (Earl Holliman) happens upon Alexandra (Tina Louise), a French woman who has been shot. They take her back to their quarters, not realizing she's a German plant. Mike falls for her, but when she's left alone one night, one of his men, Skee (Burt Reynolds) forces himself on her. Alexandra uses her rape to spread discord among the platoon to distract them while she continues to send intelligence to the Germans.

Meanwhile, Col. Devlin (Howard Keel) is convinced the Germans are about to mount a major attack in his area. He cannot get higher ups to listen, so he places his own troops in unconventional ways and prepares to meet the attack. When it comes, his troops are able to hold off the Germans long enough for reinforcements to arrive.

During the battle, Skee mans a machine gun and kills many Germans. Alexandra finds a rifle and kills him. Mike sees it happen and guns her down.

Review - Armored Command

Interesting to see Burt Reynolds in an early role and to see Tina Louise play someone other than Ginger. But the movie was pretty slow moving for much of it, and the same footage was used over and over in the battle scene at the end.
