| Description: | Adam Reed (Ryan Reynolds) is a fighter pilot from 2055. A corporation run by Maya Sorian (Catherine Keener) rules the world as a tech monopoly, which includes the control of time travel. When his wife Laura (Zoe Saldana) disappears on a trip back to 2018, Adam steals a time-jump jet and goes back to find her. He's injured in the escape and ends up in 2022, where he meets his 12-year-old self. Together, they go back to 2018 to find their father Louis (Mark Ruffalo), who invented time travel. The three of them go to the 2018 Sorian and destroy the power plant and the formula, killing Sorian in the process. The two Adams return to their rightful times, and even though he doesn't remember his earlier life with Laura, they meet again when Adam in in college. |
