| Description: | Harriet (Susan Hayward) is a fashion model with big ambitions. She convinces tailor Sam and salesman Teddy (Dan Dailey) to go into business with her. Soon their company is going well. Teddy falls in love with Harriet and wants to get married, but she has bigger ambitions. She meets J.F. Noble (George Sanders) head of a top-of-the-line fashion house and begins scheming with him to get out of her contract with Sam and Teddy. Everything goes as plans, and she's about to launch with Noble when she realizes that Sam and Teddy will go bankrupt if she quits the partnership. Noble gives her a choice — success and an affair with him or love and Teddy. She goes back to Teddy. |
