| Description: | During the Covid shutdown, June (Katie Holmes) books a rental with her boyfriend John. When she arrives at the house, she finds Charlie (Jim Sturgess) has also booked it. And then she gets a message from John saying he's not coming. She has nowhere to go and no vehicle, so Charlie lets her in for the night. They end up becoming friends and then fall for each other. June realizes she can talk to Charlie so much more than she can with John, so she dumps John with a phone message. A few days later, he shows up and says his dad just died. June feels compelled to comfort him, so Charlie leaves. But June soon realizes that she and John have lost whatever connection they had, so she looks up Charlie and they get together. |
