| Description: | Hockey player Derek (Dwayne Johnson) is called the tooth fairy because he knocks out so many of his opponents' teeth. His girlfriend Carly (Ashley Judd) has a daughter, Tess, who loses a tooth. When Derek tells Tess the Tooth Fairy isn't real, he's forced to become a tooth fairy for a week by Lily (Julie Andres), the head fairy. After receiving gadgets from a fairy played by Billy Crystal, Derek sets out on his job. His attitude stinks, and Lily gives him more weeks. Derek attempts to reform, but everything goes wrong — his career almost ends, Carly dumps him. But Derek pulls it together and manages to fix everything before his time is up. He makes it to the NHL and marries Carly. |
