| Description: | The Pinkertons hire bounty hunter Jim Kipp (Randolph Scott) to find three men who robbed a stage and recover the money they took. He tracks them to Twin Forks and begins asking questions. The local doctor treated one of the robbers for a gunshot wound, but the doctor refuses to tell Kipp anything. The doctor's daughter, Julie (Dolores Dorn) knows her dad is lying. She likes Kipp but is uncomfortable with his job. Kipp uses various strategies that get the town folk worked up and the robbers nervous. Before long, the three robbers turn on each other. Two are killed, and the third, a woman, is captured. Kipp stays in town, becomes sheriff, and marries Julie. |
