The three leads were good, and there weren't the continuity breaks seen in most of these movies. But the songs were meh at best.

| Description: | Struggling Nashville songwriter Grady is asked to write a song for superstar Duke Sterling. They used to be friends and write songs together, but they had a falling out when the studio gave Duke credit for one of Grady's songs. Grady travels to a small town where a big music festival is scheduled and sees local girl Shayna (Jessy Schram) perform in a bar. He thinks she's got talent and asks her to write a song with him. Then Duke shows up and, at least as far as Grady is concerned, steals the attention and the girl. Grady and Shayna write a song, and at the festival, Duke decides to repair old fences by letting Grady and Shayna perform it. Grady also had someone from the studio come to hear Shayna. Grady and Shayna get together. |
