| Description: | Based on a true story. Nursing student Heather (Aimee Teegarden) needs a quick liver transplant from a living person. Her family spreads the word all over town. Christ (Brett Dalton), ex-Marine is looking for a way to help people, and when he hears about Heather, he gets tested. He's a match and agrees to the surgery. It goes fine. He then organizes a fund-raiser to pay for her medical bills. After some concerns on Heather's part that her feelings are just gratitude and that she's asking too much of Chris, she and Chris fall in love and get married. |
