| Description: | Billionaire Red Stevens (James Garner) leaves his spoiled grandson Jason (Drew Fuller) a series of tasks to teach him lessons on life — hard work, friendship, the meaning of money. While trying to complete the task of finding a friend who doesn't just like him for his money, he meets Emily, a young girl dying of leukemia, and her mother Alexia. He learns to love and care and completes all the tasks, which earns him an inheritance of $100 million. When he gives the entire sum away to build a hospital for children like Emily, he gets one further gift — Red's entire fortune of $2 billion. Emily dies, but Jason and Alexia end up together. |
