| Description: | George Banks (Steve Martin) is still adjusting to the fact that his daughter Annie (Kimberly Williams-Paisley) is married when he finds out she's pregnant. He is stressed about being a grandfather and then discovers his wife Nina (Diane Keaton) is also pregnant. They had just sold their house to downsize, but buy it back. Franck (Martin Short), the planner for Annie's wedding, is hired to plan a shower and then (for some reason) hangs around to build a baby's room. When Annie is due to deliver, her husband is out of town, so George, Nina, and Franck rush her to the hospital. There, Nina also goes into labor, and the two babies are born at almost the same time. Annie and her husband move to Boston. |
