Description:Widow Erin (Stephanie Bennett) and her two daughters go to her father's ranch for Christmas, even though Eris resents her dad for being so busy when she was a girl and leaving her mom. Erin meets restaurant owner Mateo (Marco Grazzini), and they fall in love. There's the usual drama in which Eris struggles to forgive her dad (even though he's apologizing profusely and seems to have really changed) and makes a hasty judgment about Mateo before hearing what he has to say, but all gets worked out in the end. She forgives her dad and ... something undefined with Mateo that involved kissing and talk of the future.

Review - Lonestar Christmas

This movie would have been a lot shorter without all the scenes of the two leads smiling awkwardly at each other. But since there was no plot to speak of, they had to show something on the screen, I guess.
