Reviews for My Summer Prince
Review - My Summer Prince
The leads were OK, but not great. The plot was lame. But there were a couple of genuine, intentional funny moments, which were a surprise.

| Description: | Mandy (Taylor Cole) is the assistant to PR firm owner Deidre. When Deidre goes to Idaho to improve the reputation of Prince Colin (Jack Turner), who has been arrested for cavorting in a public fountain, Mandy goes along. Deidre gets chicken pox and is stuck in her room, so Mandy goes to meet the Prince. She wants to prove that she is ready to take on more responsibility, so she passes herself off as Deidre. She actually gets the Prince to reconsider his behavior and helps him realize that he'll be a better king if he learns how to be responsible while at the same time being himself. They fall in love, but things get complicated when Colin's fiancée shows up and Mandy's deception is exposed. Colin returns home, but breaks of his engagement. Deidre, impressed by what Mandy did accomplish, allows her to keep her job. She send Mandy to a ball in Colin's country, and she and Colin get together. |
