| Description: | Freelance journalist Avery (Lyndsy Fonseca) travels to Chicago to spend Christmas with her mom and new step-dad. While there, she does a story about Darlene, a Bears fan who has been to 500 games. She found out about the story from Darlene's grandson, fireman Matt (Robert Buckley), and as Avery and Matt spend time together, they fall in love. Avery gets a job with a local paper and stays in town. She also bonds with her step-father over the game of bags, winning a big tournament. Avery tells the Bears about Darlene, and they set aside a suite for the game and tell her story on the jumbotron. Several Bears, current and past, make appearances, including Mike Singletary and Dan Hampton. |
