Review - Straight and Narrow Path, The

This is a tale about an English professor who finds himself mixed up in all sorts of goofiness in a small Irish town. He is sued for reporting things as he sees them. The entire book is a humorous slur on Ireland and the Catholic church. The local lord likes to streak around at night. The priest thinks he’s a ghost. The village idiot thinks he saw a vision of Mary. All of this is weird, but it’s not as bad as it sounds.
