Notes:Pel is an English guy who works in a university library. His German girlfriend Ursula is easily angered and the two of them fight a lot. Meanwhile, Pel keeps getting promotions at work, but he doesn't realize that they're given so the university staff can blame him for illegal activities. In the middle of all this, Ursula and Pel buy a new house. In the end, everything goes wrong and Pel is about to take the fall for several university crimes, but they decide having each other is enough.

There was the occasional humorous sentence, but since the story was about two of the most unlikable characters I've ever read about, I really didn't care what happened to them or to the story.
